Cancellation policy

Cash free

We are unable to accept cash payments. Please pay by credit or with debit card using our booking system powered by Vagaro.  Any issues with this please contact us directly and we will do all we can do help.

Refund policy

All class pack sales are final sales and should be used within 8 weeks of the date of purchase. If you would like to transfer unused classes to another student, you are able to do so by emailing in a request.

No show and late cancellation policy

You are able to cancel your registration for all classes up to 6 hours before the session start time. All no shows and/or cancellations occurring within 6 hours of the session start time will be charged in full or deducted from your package.

Late arrivals

For late arrivals, in order to limit disruption and respect the atmosphere of the class, the door will be closed upon class starting and latecomers will not be able to attend. Please make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and get settled. We know life gets in the way some days but hope you can understand.

Concessions

10% discounts are available to students, NHS staff members and all Blue Light card holders and benefits recipients. If you have an ID pass to prove your eligibility, please email a copy of it to pranayoga1@outlook.com to receive your discount.

Safe Space Policy

We implement a zero-harassment policy. We reserve the right to deny entry to any class at our own discretion.
